Buongiorno Lucca! (Italy part 2)

We headed to the Lucca by train. The journey itself was already an adventure but Lucca - it was love at first sight. Such a lovely little city with sweet boutiques and ice cream bars. Our hotel was located about 5km from the city center, so we had a change to enjoy lovely tuscanian countryside.

all the time when we were at the hotel.

This lovely little river, Serchio, was in between our hotel and the city center.

The walk around the center wasn't as bad as I first thought. It was actually very enjoyable, especially because we stopped for ice cream. :) Views from the wall were lovely to both sides.

But soon I'll post more photos from Lucca and our quick visit to Pisa.

Ciao Firenze, Ciao Italia (part 1)!

Now I finally have time to post some pictures from my trip to Tuscany, Italy. I was there with my mother for two weeks and I had the time of my life. And I certainly am going back there. :)

 This is from Frankfurt (am Mein) airport, unbelievably long

hostel, where we stayed the first night. Our flight landed around 7 

so we didn't have much time in there.

 The magnificent Il Duomo. It's the highest building in Florence and I gotta

admit that this picture doesn't bring justice to it's beauty.

 And of course when you're on holiday you must have even one obligatory tourist picture. :) This one is also from Ponte Vecchio, even at 9pm it was crowded with tourists.
My mom could have been a local, because of her nearly perfect italian, but me and my camera....not really.

So we spent the first night in Florence and next morning headed to Lucca by train. But more about Lucca in the next post :)

Always the tone of surprise.

Yesterday was a good day - first I was at Granny's and then I spend the whole evening with Annika.
I love to be at my Granny's because there's always good food and good company with bad jokes. We always play card with my Grandpa or watch sports together. I really know nothing better. So I spend half of my holiday there.
Later Annika came to us and we made some pizza and listened to Michael Bublé. Later we watched a movie and ended up discussing about the fact that which character is more important to the movie Moody or Lupin. Of course we all know the answer (Lupin!) she just couldn't believe it. :) I think we'll never agree about that but we had fun! Anyway, done with the nonsense, here are some photos from yesterday. (Because it's too late to say today...)

 My grandpa made us smoked salmon. It was too good...

My granny has an awesome garden with such a lovely flowers.

 She looks surprised, our pizza ended up being good. It wasn't a surprise, 

wasn't it?

Wind of changes.

I wanted to do something new - So I decided to change the name of my blog to a bit more original one than Daydreams. Hope you like the new name and the gadget photo. I also will change my posts a bit. I hope you'll leave comments about those too. :) It's always good to have feedback.

Now I don't post those Italy photos yet but a pictures from days after the trip. There has been a lot of things going on and I've seen many people during the last two weeks in Finland. Most of the photos are from monday and today, when I spend time with Jasmin. On monday we had a "photoshoot" for her blog and today she painted my nails. :) We had fun and here are few pictures from this week.

So here are the result of hour's work. I like them. A lot.

Those crystal-lamp photos are from monday when my family and I visited my dad's workmate.

We had a visiting star in our photoshoot :)

We found a perfect brickwall for the background to give the photos that nice vibe.

And of course when friends meet after a long time there must be some nice chatting. In our case it normally ends up being a real therapy session.
Anyway, it has been awesome and relaxing seeing all my dear friends and relatives in a short time. It always makes you feel there's a reason why you appear. And I believe that everything and everyone has their meaning - it's all part of the big plan. :)

A desicion

I've decided to try and write this blog in English for awhile. It just feels more me to write in English, can't really explain it any better. So, I warn you, my English isn't perfect and there might be some mistakes (maybe even many) but I hope you'll forgive me.
